ACTnow 4.0 Beta 3

After 7 months of hard working, ACTnow 4.0 Beta 3 is out. Don't get me wrong, I'm not the one code it but I architecture it. Anyway, it does nothing more than the old ACTnow 3.4; however, it has a new security controling module so it can define almost any security models/requirements within the application.

Flickr.com Photo Albumn

Finally, I squeezed more time to organize a little bit with my photo albumn @ Flickr.com. I even paid US$24.95/yr to get the "pro" account so I can have 2GB bandwidth to upload pictures per month. It is the way more than you can upload. I really wish they do have a cheaper account that allows 1GB bandwidth.

During organizing, I found out I have some pictures still @ imagestation.com (hosted by Sony) and I don't have the backup in my PowerMac (probably I lost the backup in my previous Windows machine years ago). After I login to ImageStation, I find out I can't get MY OWN PICTURES in full size if I don't have at least a silver membership!!! What a rip off!!! I originally don't like Sony this brand that much (most of the Sony products I owned cannot last more than a year). Now, by paying US$4.99, I got the silver membership and I just need to get these 3 pictures back!!!

Anyway, here is the link to my Flickr.com photo albumn.

Busy...

Don't ask me how I can manage my time. I spend average 2 hrs to get back to work from home. Working in Shopzilla during the day. Spending the rest of the day driving home and work in ACTnow and sleep. Trying hard to squeeze at least 1 day to spend with my girl friend...

I have been in this kind of life for the past 4-5 years already. Just don't ask me how to survive. I have no idea.

Vines

I was extremely busy for the past whole month. Project due @ Shopzilla while the other project is also due @ TSG. Finally, got a break last weekend (July 4th long weekend). My girl friend and I went to the wine country (Napa/Sonoma). We took some pictures. Here is the link.
